The room is located on the 1st floor. It is very independent with its own entrance. The Kitchen is located downstairs, and it is shared with Peter who lives in another wing.
The house were the room is, located, is attached, to The Kingsley at Eversley Hotel. Making it a very safe place with free parking.
The bathroom is private, next door to the room,. It is not an en-suite. Double size bed.
We are very flexible and we rent on a monthly basis. Long or short stays welcome. No minimum or maximum time requested. We renew contract monthly.
In the price we include utility bills, wifi, and linen and towel (provided every fortnight). NOTE that the room price is £850 per 28 days (not per calendar month).
