Decent size garden, with decking, grass, and patio, with two seating areas. There is use of the washing line and BBQ.

The bathroom has a bath and an electric shower with good water pressure! Mirrored wall cabinet and under sink cabinet that would be shared but still allows plenty of storage.

Heated porch for shoes and hanging up coats.

On road parking opposite the house. Nice quiet road and neighbourhood.

There is a garage separate from the house which you will be able to use for storage, if needed. Please note that the garage does not have electricity.

Full use of the kitchen and utilities. Kitchen utilities include washing machiene, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Good, reliable WIFI.

I have two small, short haired dogs (Jack Russell and miniture Dacshund), who are both very friendly and well behaved however they do bark when someone comes through the door but settle fairly quickly. They will become your new best friends! I also have two horses, but i keep coats and shoes in the porch so the house does not smell of horses.

You will be responsible for cleaning your room and sharing the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. Applicants must be tidy in the shared rooms!
