Large, airy, modern in a lovely area of Fareham, very close to M27 motorway, ideally situated between Portsmouth and Southampton, 10 min from IBM offices, Swanwick air traffic control centre and the new QA super hospital, short drive or walking distance from either Fareham or Portchester train station. Opposite side to Cams Golf Course and close to town centre. The annex is completely self contained, so you will not be sharing our house. Available NOW. 3 months minimum let. Bills included.
