Double bedroom loft with own ensuite

Locate off A27 two miles west to Fareham & half mile to Portchester village, Cosham & Portsmouth in east, regular bus route #3 & X4 to Southampton- free parking in off street close to house - local shops & pubs/ restaurant & convenience stores ( 24 hours) all in walking distance.

The ensuite room consisted of Ikea double bed with four under bed storage - a fully fitted mirrored wardrobe & spaces- a study desk area - TV with board band connection- lockable ensuite & room doors- ensuite is a large shower with both fitted overhead & flexible shower heads- wash basin & WC with storage.

The room is most suitable for either a single female or two females only ( spilt rent) - can't accept pets as we have three housebound female cats ( that won't go to the room unless you let them?).

The cooking is shared with the householders ( myself & wife)- we side step if you are there first!- no need to bring any pots & pans we have them all - two microwave - full height double oven & gas hob - with dishwasher & washing machine plus condenser tumble dryer- we have a separate downstairs toilet, as well as the main bathroom ( you may use if you preferred a soak!)

You will get your own fridge/freezer & dry food storage in the kitchen plus you will find a kettle & Toaster in the ensuite room too ( but no naked flame cooking fire regs)- a microwave in the room is permitted- use of cleaning aids will be shared but you bring your own toilet papers & bedding too.

We are both retiree & have grandchildren during the day sometimes they stay overnight but rare, if you are a night shift worker - then the house is aware & we take them to their own homes locally to allow sleep times etc.
