Double Room In Family Home Ensuite, Bills Included

We have an. En-suite, small double room which currently has a small double bed. Which overlooks a wet lawn due to excessive rain (please come back sun) its really , beautiful in the sun. With decking, a place to chill with a glass of wine occasionally

Parking is also available at the property.

Cooking facilities are shared in a very large kitchen, (Being refurbished will look awesome soon). The washing machine use is generally worked out between us as there are two
Machines in the out room .

We are a family with a room to rent, this room is available soon potentially sooner than May 4th. We enjoy, cooking, the garden, watching our children play, our animals and wine. Oh ........ a sing at cooking times, too. Definitely.

In general we are a very laid back family with room for one more. Take a look at our advert , We prefer a female lodger, but again please respect this is a family home not a hotel so we do not need or expect boyfriends coming by, as the children need to feel this is home as much as you as a lodger need to feel it is a home from home. and if its not for you , good luck in your search.
