We offer a very large (5m x 3m approx) fully furnished self contained suite in my lovely luxury home. Formerly my daughters suite, the accommodation comprises of a very large double bedroom with personal en-suite and numerous built in wardrobes.

The house is occupied only by myself and my wife, both of us semi retired professionals.

The house itself is located within a very exclusive development and area of Fareham yet within minutes of all amenities and public transport stations. Approximately 8 minutes drive from Whiteley and approximately 20 minutes drive to Portsmouth, 30 minutes on a bad day to Southampton!

Quiet and extremely pleasant location.

Very high standard of accommodation and high standards of ‘housekeeping’ are required!
