Single room in family home – Bills included

The room is newly decorated and carpeted in a modern 3 storey town house. The room is furnished and includes a single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, full-length wall mirror and shelving. The bathroom which includes overhead shower, will be shared with my 18 year old son.

Shared use of the kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs cloakroom and garden. This is a non smoking household although will allow smoking in the garden. Wi-fi and bills are included.

You will be sharing the house with 4 occupants, the owner and her partner, my 22 year old daughter and my 18 year old son together with a lovely friendly labradoodle dog.

The house is situated in a quiet area of Knowle Village. There is parking on the street. The house is 5 minutes drive from both Wickham and Fareham town centre which has a train station. There is easy motorway access for commutes to both Portsmouth and Southampton.
