Double room in good Fareham location

Hi

I have a double room to rent in a dormer bungalow in a lovely quiet crescent just a few minutes downhill walk to Fareham train station and the town centre and approximately 7 minutes by car to HMS Collingwood. It is possible to work from home as my previous lodger and I did during lockdown.

The room overlooks the large back garden and is currently furnished with a large wardrobe fitment (double wardrobe, shelves, drawers and mirrors and a double bed.

Shared facilities are the kitchen, including the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery and cutlery, a fridge freezer and separate kitchen cupboard are available for your use. The bathroom has an over bath power shower, and there is a dining room.

The garden has 2 patio areas, a gas BBQ, locked shed and table and chairs. On street parking in the crescent is very safe and easy as the only people around are either residents or visitors.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person for the room who is in paid employment. It is really important to me that we get along as this is my home. If you are a smoker please only smoke outside.
