Spacious double room to rent - Dogs considered

I have a lovely light, spacious double room available to rent in my three bedroom house (the third bedroom is unoccupied and used as a study). Your housemates would be me and my Romanian rescue dog Bertie.

Bertie is nervous of strangers on first meeting, but soon comes round and becomes a soppy git. He loves the company of other dogs so dogs are considered, my current lodger has been living here just short of two years and has a little Mexican rescue dog who I know he will miss. Unfortunately I cannot consider cats as Bertie will chase them.

Amenities include shared use of the communal areas - bathroom, lounge diner, kitchen and garden.
There is a driveway for two cars to the rear of the property, and a garage which can be used for some storage if needed.

Females are preferred, viewings will be welcome in March once my current lodger has moved out. Photos are from prior to current lodger moving in and will be updated once the room is unoccupied.
Rent includes bills (electric, gas, water, WiFi, council tax)
