The flat itself has a communal bathroom with W/C, shower over bath, sink and another separate W/C

A fully equipped modern kitchen(washing machine, microwave, toaster, two ovens, pots pans etc).

Communal dinning area, table and chairs, leather sofa.

A cleaner cleans the kitchen, bathroom and communal areas every other week

Location
In Fareham town centre. Close to all transport (train, bus with free on street parking after 6pm on your door step).

Terms
The price includes all bills, 100Mb unlimited wired/wireless broadband, council tax, water, gas and electric.

6 month contract with no renewal fees

It's well maintained, digitally controlled gas central heating, unlimited hot water, double glazing etc.

I can do viewings between 4pm and 7pm Mon-Thu and 10am - 6pm on weekends.

You must be able to provide proof of income. (6 months pay slips or bank statements) along with proof of identity
