There is parking on the front drive and down the side of the house, leading to the garage. The garden is nice and low maintenance with both grass and patio and a garden shed. Currently the house has one professional male tenant who is renting the double bedroom at the back of the house. I (Phil) am a live out landlord and regularly visit to take care of the garden and any maintenance required etc.

The bedroom available for rent is at the front of the house. I am looking for a single professional male to share the house with the current tenant who is respectful, quiet and will keep the place clean and tidy.
