I encourage occupants to invite guests, use the guest beds and enjoy sharing the flat on an equal footing with me. I am still in touch with most of the people who have shared the flat and they will be happy to talk to you, if you are interested.
New carpets fitted in May 2022. All communal rooms are cleaned by me once per week.
The multiple occupancy rate is £700pcm, to be paid at the beginning of each month of occupancy. The notice period is 1 calendar month each way.
