The house has on road/drive parking to the front of the property and is 10 mins walk from the railway station, 2 mins walk to a bus.
There is shared use of kitchen with access to a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher as well as electric oven and gas hobs.
Shared use of living room with TV. Shared use of bathroom/WC. High speed Wifi internet access via cable available.
Storage for bicycle available in garden shed.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, curtains etc.
There are two dogs and a cat.
