The room

Currently I have one small double room available in a flat in a block of flats by Fareham train station

It's a small double room with a radiator north facing double glazed windows, furnished with a double bed wardrobe and chest of draws.

The flat:
Has a bathroom with a bath/shower toilet and sink which is shared with three other flat mates and regularly professionally cleaned

It has a large kitchen/diner with oven, washing machine, dining table, microwave. You get your own cupboard, 1/2 of a fridge and 1/4 of a freezer allocated to you.

All bills are included which includes fibre broadband, council tax, electricity and water.

Location:
The flat is ideally located in the town centre, with bus and train services on your door step and a supermarket 200 meters away with the rest of Fareham shopping centre a short walk down the road. There is limited on street parking after 6pm or a parking space can be rented for an extra charge.

Criteria:
Proof of income and identity.
No couples,
Smoking outside ONLY

Would suit someone studying or working in the area, as the kitchen and bathroom is shared you'll be expected to clean up after yourself and be respectful with noise etc.
