I currently have two bedrooms available to rent on a single occupancy only, which means only those renting the rooms are able to stay.
The rooms have their own entrance , and the space is self contained but part of my property. The property is very clean tidy bright airy. It is situated in a quiet road in Titchfield common. Hence would suit professional people wishing to live a quiet life.
I am looking for either one person or a couple to occupy the whole property to make it their home. I am not looking for single people for each room unless you are friends and committing together. The property is fully furnished. It offers an open plan Kitchen and lounge area. Kitchen offers microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine etc . Lounge area tv and reclining chair and sofa. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
All bills included: Gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband.
Ten minutes drive from jun 9 M27
Ten minutes drive from Whiteley.
Short walk to bus stop for bus to Fareham (Fareham bus and train station have direct links to London).
Local bus to Southampton and Portsmouth and 15 minute walk to local shopping centre.
The property is available 7 days a week..
