Single bedroom available in a shared partially furnished and recently refurbished lovely flat available immediately in Queens road in Farnborough. There is a small supermarket nearby and a bus stop within a short walking distance.

It has its own front door, accessed on the first floor after initially entering the building through a communal front or back door. There is off road parking to the rear.

There is a large open plan lounge off of a galley style kitchen which is fitted with a ceramic job and built in single oven. There is a washing machine and a fridge freezer too

The bathroom is fully equipped and includes an over bath power shower.

There are two bedrooms. The room that is available is a small double. It has a wardrobe and a bedside cupboard but you would need to bring a bed. (please note if you have your own bedroom furniture, I am happy to let this room unfurnished).

There is gas fired central heating by radiators. All bills are included apart from the council tax, for which you will be liable.
