Large single room for renf

We are a proffesional couple living in Farnboroug, right next to the train station and local shops. We have avaliable a single large ( or small double- not really sure) room, since our last roomates left. We do smoke, but only outside of the house, wich has a garden, so smokers are welcome. We are quite flexible with your preferences like short or long term renting, furnished or unfurnished room, so if you have any questions or you want to view the room just message me. All bills are included- gas and electricity, broadband, water, cable tv.
