The house is absolutely gorgeous and has been specifically designed for shared living.

The room is really light and airy. It has plenty of storage with wardrobe, ottoman (storage) bed and chest of drawers. The room also has a desk, multiple sockets including ethernet and aerial as well as high-speed wifi.

Rents are inclusive of ALL BILLS; utility and council tax bills, broadband, weekly cleaning of the shared areas and gardening.

We are live-out landlords who own and manage the properties ourselves. Because we live locally, any issues can be sorted out really quickly. No agents are involved. We charge no fees for referencing, inventory or contracts but do take a holding deposit of £100 which will be offset against your first month's rent.

We are looking for working professionals - probably aged between 23 and 38 who want to share a high-quality house that has been specifically designed for shared living. Our housemates are really social and cook together sometimes, head out for a trip to the pub or the cinema or just stay in for a chat & watch TV. Across our houses, many housemates are new to the area & find this a good way to have some instant social life.

We live locally and keep the houses really well maintained. We're quick to respond to any issues and get things sorted out promptly for you.
