A new way of a house share !

After many years of sharing with multiple people ,In house share situations.
I am looking for 1 other person to share a lovely 3 bed semi-detached house which is modern and eco friendly

The idea is to offer 2 rooms , the first is the largest of 3 bedrooms and second is a smaller double / single room which would be perfect as a office / gaming room and is directly next to main room.

I would have the smaller double room at the back of the house and we should share the recently renovated bathroom with shower & bath until the new downstairs bathroom is finished.

The rest out the house would be to share , living room , kitchen , garden etc.

Feel free to message if anyone is thinking of wanting a similar way of living .

The location is perfect for anyone working in or around London areas as there is multiple train stations around and also 2 mins from M3 , M25 motorways .
