Double Room £700 bills included

Hi, I’m looking for a new flat mate as my current flat mate will be moving out soon. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and TV. Shared bathroom, living area, balcony and kitchen. The flat is about a 5 minute walk to Farnborough Main train station, 20 minute walk to Farnborough North train station and close to shops, restaurants, Sainsbury’s, Asda etc

I’m quite relaxed, sociable and like my own space, looking for a like minded person that is able to clean up after themselves, I’m happy to clean up the communal areas. I have a 2 year old dog, he’s a large and exciteable doggo that’s very loving and will want to be your best friend. Having the right person move in is key, you will need to be a dog lover.
No couples, only full time working people in their 30s please.

It will be £700pcm with all bills included, rolling monthly contract. £700 deposit and 1 month’s rent upfront. Room can be available from 5th May.
