We live on a large housing estate with local amenities within easy reach. The local bus service is right on our doorstep with access to local towns like Camberley, Farnborough, Aldershot and Frimley Park Hospital. Also Farnborough main train station is within walking distance of 30 minutes and has a fast train to London Waterloo in 34 minutes.
We are privileged to have Hawley Woods right next to us with lovely walks. We have a local shops 15 minutes walk.
I have a weekly rent cost but happy to do monthly in advance.
I ask for £200 paid non refundable deposit.
I would consider a pet.
I do have a downstairs room which would work well for term stays.
