My cleaner comes into the property weekly, cleaning the Kitchen, Dining area, hall, downstairs cloakroom, Stairs, Hall & bathroom.

Finally all bills are included apart from the council tax. The annual Council Tax bill is £1,641.33p. Once you move into the room you will be put on to the council tax bill & you will be required to pay a monthly charge of £34.20 p, you will also be put on the electoral roll so that you are registered against the house which will assist you if you are opening a bank account applying for a mobile phone etc.
