Double room to rent in Fleet

Double furnished room available, with a easy going live in landlord in a quiet cul-de-sack location.
Use of all amenity's is included as are all the normal bills, plus also broad band internet, cable T. V. in your own bedroom and telephone (as long as you dont take the P) I also have a cleaner come round every other week to help us out, this also is included in the price.
Five minutes walk to the high street and all its shopping, pubs and restaurants and 10 minutes from the train station with direct access to London Waterloo.
Non smokers preferred as I dont smoke myself but what you get up to in your own room is non of my business.
If a couple are renting a room a little more to help out with the extra expense would be appreciated.
