I am looking for a flatmate to take the place of a friend who used to part own the property with me.
My flat is clean and modern and I have worked hard to get it so I am looking for someone who can respect that it is my home, not just a flat share.
The room for rent is big enough for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (can be furnished if required). There is a shared bathroom and open plan kitchen/diner/living room which is a great space to relax.
I have a reasonable size TV, BT internet and recordable freeview box, all of which are available for use.
Monday-Friday rental is also a consideration.
I am a clean and tidy person - everything has it's place but I wouldn't expect a flatemate to know where that might be! :-) I'm looking for someone who is tidy and can clear up after themselves...hopefully that's a standard requirement but you never know.
