Large executive en-suite loft room

We are business professionals and have a lovely large double en-suite room in our peaceful modern family home on the award winning Elvetham Heath in Fleet, Hampshire. Elvetham Heath is built on reclaimed Pine Plantation and has a local nature reserve with a pond and marsh areas and supports species including slowworm, lizards, dragonflies. There is also rare bread cattle that graze in the nature reserve in the summer and Autumn. The Heath is a 20 minute walk from Fleet Station and 15 minutes walk to town centre with great shops,, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The room has a king size Tempur Bed with Tempur mattress, wall mounted free view TV, Virgin broadband and Sonos speaker. Shared large living room and large kitchen/dinner. My wife and I live in the house with our 18 year old son and our 10 year old cocker spaniel. My wife and I run our own business with an office in Fleet. We are non smokers and live a peaceful respectful life. We are looking for a non smoking professional trustworthy individual that is looking for a lovely home, lovely room and friendly kind family. Please note that we will not accept guest sleep overs. The room is for the tenant only.
