This wonderful three bedroom detached house is situated just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Fordingbridge as well as a 20 minute walk to Sandy Balls Holiday Village and a 3 minute drive to the magical New Forest - Godshill Cricket Pitch. There is also the X3 bus stop right outside my house which takes a direct link to Bournemouth or Salisbury both within 20 minutes.

This spacious bright room has a very comfy double bed and memory foam mattress as well as a brand new wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside table and lamp.

There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom/shower, a large open living room and dining area as well as kitchen with all the relevant necessities and storage.

I take pride in the cleanliness of my home and so I’m looking for a quiet, clean and mature lodger who has rented before. I’m also looking for a professional lodger with a steady salary paid job, not a student or someone with a zero hour contract.

I work from home Monday - Friday as a self employed singing and piano teacher and I am a professional Soprano so I do singing practise daily and some weekends as well if I have a performance coming up. I would ideally like the lodger to be out of the house during the day while I teach from home, hence why I’m looking for a professional.
