Large, light and airy main double room for rent just off the Salisbury road in Lower Burgate, Fordingbridge.
All bills included, including super fast WiFi. The room will be part furnished and will include a double bed frame and mattress, and built in wardrobes. There’s a shared bathroom and large kitchen. There is plenty of space for your own cupboards and plenty of fridge and freezer space. There is also a cosy living room with a three seater sofa and tv and Amazon fire stick which is shared with the current lodger.

The other double room in the house is currently let by a 24 year old working professional who works from home part time and in the office the other half.

It’s a lovely home, and I am only renting out my room as I have recently moved in with my partner so it’s a way to cover the bills.

Working professionals preferred, but anyone is welcome to apply and small pets will be considered for the right match 🙂
