Double room with en-suite available.

This is a large "arty" environmentally friendly house, thats a 10 minute walk in to the town. There is a bus stop just round the corner and buses run every half hour to Bournemouth and Salisbury.

I have available a lovely light and comfy double room, with en suite, and a television point with a wall bracket for small television. There is also a sitting room that can be used if required, with a tv point. Shared facilities in kitchen with washing machine but be warned no dishwasher. sorry!

I have a small friendly dog who loves everyone. He is quite elderly but still loves a walk and is a very good little guard dog. He just lets me know if someone comes to the door. He is very good natured. I would consider a small dog who is also friendly and if he/she got on well with mine. This would be at extra cost agreed by arrangement. I have worked in veterinary practice for many years and have had much experience. The garden is completely dog proof.

I would prefer someone who is friendly and is happy to share my home but likes their own space, as I do.
I would love to share with someone who is keen to paint and is interested in the art world, and gardening, but thats not compulsory of course.
