Looking for a new live in housemate for the new year! My current housemate is moving out end of December after being here for 2 years. I do have a dog, a fireplace, there is parking available but a permit is needed as it would be 2nd car. I am right next to Fratton train station so super easy for commuters. Also have a south facing garden! The bedroom is currently furnished but a bed and wardrobe can be provided or if you have your own furniture that is ok too.
