Hey! I have a double bedroom to rent in Fratton in the house I currently rent and live in. My current housemate is moving out and I’mm looking to stay!
Looking for a long term flatmate, somebody to be friendly with not just live in awkward suspense! Preferably somebody who also isn’t a big drinker/ smoker. I like reading, crafts and time at the beach. I’m also a Christian. Would be happy to meet for coffee first to see if we both get on 😊 I work from home as an online tutor.

- large living room - currently partially furnished, so I’m happy for you to bring furniture or for me to finish it

Rent is £550, + bills (council tax band B). We usually spend about £200 a month.
