Double room to let bills are included and I require one month in advance. It is just myself and my 18 year old son at the property we are both very quiet, I work nights so sleep in the day. You must be very clean and tidy up after yourself. I do smoke but not in the house, I'm easy to get along with. I prefer short let's too see how we get on.
