The place is kept very tidy. The house is near Southampton City Centre, Freemantle, and Shirley. You can park outside on the street as I do or you can get public transport which is nearby right down the road. I have a cat but she likes to keep out of the way. Parties are thrown occasionally but not very often. The only rules I have is keep the lid close whilst flushing and clean up after yourself leave things the way you found them. Easy stuff.
