This is a clean professional house, sharing with 3 guys and 1 girl aged 36-45 . A cleaner comes in for 2 hours every week to clean all the communal areas. The house comprises of kitchen (including all white goods in which you have your own single wall cupboard and base cupboard), Lounge, bathroom, a further shower room and a rear garden. This property benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. There is parking for a car in front of the house/off road. Please note there is no space to store or keep a bicycle. The house is close to local shops and amenities on Shirley High Street and within walking distance of the train station and Southampton City centre. All bills including gas, electric, water, council tax, communal tv licence and Wi-Fi, are included in the rent.
