Very spacious, bright, airy furnished double room in a 3 bed 2 reception house. Recently decorated room. Newly installed central heating/solar panels. Shared use of kitchen/diner, bathroom, seperate toilet. Shared lounge with TV (landlord has own lounge and only uses this room to access storage). South facing garden and patio. Extra large double fitted wardrobes with storage above. Sole use of fridge in the room. 3 drawer desk/vanity unit, 3 drawer bedside cabinet. TV and remote. A friendly, clean, organised and busy person, I seek similar in a lodger. Landlord has 2 cocker spaniels. Including utility bills but a contribution toward council tax possibly required. Walking distance to local shops amenities/beach/country park, plus good links to motorway and public transport. Mon to Fri applications are very welcome, with the rent re-jigged. Deposit to hold room and returned if vacated in good order. References/proof of identity required. Rent monthly in advance, weekly at £133, is possible.
