I own the property and have never had a lodger before but hey let’s give it a go!
The room is unfurnished at present but can easily be quickly furnished. It is a double room with a large built in cupboard/wardrobe.
Main thing to take into account is….I have a dog who is a rescue who is wary of strangers until they are introduced so having lots of people to visit is not an option. He is a lovely boy and obviously a priority in my life.
I am very easy going and happy to share my home but would need the person to be clean and respectful.
