Bright double room in family home

Lovely room for one to share with professional female (mum) and son, with one other female lodger. The room is medium sized and gets the morning sun.

We are a quiet, clean, tidy and friendly household. A professional person is preferred. Two references are required, one from your workplace and one from a previous landlord/landlady or personal reference.

References and deposit money must be received before room rental can begin.

There is on-street parking. We have high-speed fibre broadband. The room has its own heater for cold days although the heating is on all day and evenings, off at night but on again at 5am. I have an en-suite so the bathroom does not get busy.

We are close to local shops and the high street and it’s about a 15 minute walk to the Gosport ferry for easy access to trains at Portsmouth Harbour station. We have two friendly well-behaved cats.
