Lovely area and nice neighbours, everyone very friendly. Short walk to the shop, post office, butcher and other amenities. 15-20 minute walk to Hamble square and lots of pubs and restaurants.
Great location for sailing, paddle boarding and other water sports and plenty of garden and shed storage for any toys!
I currently live in the house but spend quite a lot of time away. There is one current lodger, however this is subject to change as they are moving onto a yacht shortly.
Fairly sociable house, but equally respectful of personal space.
There are two cats - it would be great if you wouldn't mind keeping them alive whilst I am away!
All bills are included other than TV licence as no one watches live TV or BBC - otherwise all is covered.
