I’m away a lot and it’s like having your own place.
Renting in a shared house has always been easy. However due to Covid I’m mindful people are now cautious of who they are renting with.
This house will be ideal for you if you are looking for somewhere to live where you have your own space.
I’m open to amend the rent depending on your circumstances. You may like the idea of budding up with a friend you know and renting both rooms at a reduced price or if you are a couple and would like to take both rooms enabling you to spread out. If you are looking for your own sanctuary without having to share with anyone I’d be open to discuss a price for this option.

There is plenty of room if you are working from home.
