Looking for a professional working adult who has been in their job more than 6 months with a permanent position, who is trustworthy and respectful to rent a single room in a four bed family home the home is occupied by myself 39 year old female and my two adult children 18 & 20 years who live here mostly weekends only
Generous size bedroom with 1 single bed happy for someone to put a double bed in if they would prefer to do this.

I have two cars living at the property
Reference is required from current landlord or employer.
Deposit and a months rent will need to be paid up front to secure room.
Payments going forward are to be paid 1st of each month in full or weekly on a Monday.
