You’ll have shared access to a compact kitchen, driveway, good sized shared lounge/diner, downstairs WC, bathroom, and a large garden.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy lodger who values a peaceful, respectful home environment with occasional visit from my boyfriend and adult daughter. Ideal for a professional or student seeking a safe and comfortable place to live. (Please note room will be bare on walls and furnishings other than described above unlike current pictures), happy for lodger to make decorative adaptations.

Deposit tbc but minimum one month and a 28days notice period from either party. Lodger agreement tbc. Payment either one weeks rent advance if paying weekly or one months rent if paying monthly.
