The room is bright and well-designed, featuring a built-in platform that divides the space, creating a comfortable and versatile layout. It includes a double bed, a spare king-size pull-out bed, ample storage, a mirrored wardrobe, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The room also benefits from large French doors overlooking the garden, allowing plenty of natural light and a lovely outlook. Room size 4.5m x 4.3m.

The house has three shared bathrooms, all well maintained, with both showers and baths available. There is a large kitchen with a dining area and bench seating for communal use, making it a great shared space.

The property is located on a private road with plenty of on-street parking and is conveniently close to supermarkets and motorway links.
