Beside A27 Havant, 3 minutes walk from Langbrook Farm Inn serving breakfast and all day food with carvery. 10 minutes walk to Havant town centre with mainline station, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco Extra etc.

Very large room with sofa, table, desk and chair, tv etc.

SEPARATE entrance from main house, offering self-contained 2 bedroomed accommodation with facilities shared with one, quiet very clean and tidy professional male 47, ie shower-room with Mira shower (hot water on demand) and an equipped small kitchen area, ideal for simple meal preparation microwave, fridge etc. Cutlery and china etc provided.

Experienced, trusted and long serving cleaner employed providing clean rooms, bedding and towels on a weekly basis.

NB: Sorry but no shift workers, no smoking inside or in the garden areas, no couples, no pets or weekend stays.
