Communal lounge, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with separate shower, downstairs toilet and garden, plenty of parking and storage in the the communal garage.

Short distance to main bus & train stations approx 1.5miles. Bus stop literally across the road for regular links to Havant & Portsmouth Emsworth Brighton .The house is large & nicely decorated throughout and is a happy house., most of the time .
Work references and/or previous landlord references will put you in a strong position but are not imperative, to rent a room in this lovely house. Looking for respectful working people as we run tidy happy houses. £200 deposit plus £25 key money (key money and deposit are returnable when vacating the room as long as room and furnishings are returned in satisfactory condition.
This house Is for working people preferably.
