The studio is set in a small beautiful, peaceful rural village in the rolling Hampshire countryside in which there is a delightful, busy pub and a church, but no shop.
It is 10 minutes drive from the A3 and 15 minutes from the market town of Petersfield. There is no public transport to the village so it would only be suitable if you had a car or were a keen cyclist. There are, however train stations nearby: Liss 2.8 miles, Petersfield 6 miles and Haslemere 12 miles. Parking provided for one car.

The studio is accesses up external stairs and is above the garage which is separate to the main house. It is a light and airy design with fully opening Velux windows to create an inside/outside feeling during the day with blackout blinds to create a cozy atmosphere at night.

Enter into kitchenette area with 'U' shaped units containing under-counter fridge, induction hob, breakfast bar and large cupboards. Beyond this area, is the sitting and sleeping area with very large Velux windows overlooking the garden and fields beyond. The spacious bathroom at the far end contains a walk-in shower, basin and loo.

It is currently unfurnished but I could provide some furniture if needed.
