Double room (single bed) newly carpeted and painted/decorated. Shared used of newly refurbished adjacent bathroom. Free use of the big garden. It's a 5 bedroom family home. Own small fridge provided.
The room is situated upstairs with views of the rear garden and another window looking over the drive, so lots of light.

Looking for an easy going, clean-living female who would be happy in our family home (we have only 1 child but occasionally there will be his friends around making kids' noises, especially in the summertime). Also we have one very easy-going cat.

We have always had lodgers in this house and enjoy having them.
Feel free to come and have a look. The matress is recently purchased and has only been slept in by one lady for a few months. Please, refrain from playing music or taking phone calls in the kitchen. Many thanks for your interest.
