Double Bedroom In Fareham/Hill Head

🏡 I live in Stubbington/Hill Head a few min walk from the village, with easy access to Gosport Fareham and motorway.

Looking for the right person so in no rush. But will move quickly for the right person.

All bills are included in price including Wifi and use of all amenities.

Shared Bathroom.

Parking is available on the road and 2 private parking spaces at the back close to house.

I do have persian cat so the room would suit someone who doesn't mind friendly feline.

I am looking for a preferably professional person to rent the room, who is neat, tidy, trustworthy &
cleanliness is very important to me.

I’m unable to consider working from home, due to my own home-working requirements.
