The house is very clean and in a quiet residential area.
There is a large comfortable lounge with wi fi smart tv, that can be shared however the current female works full time and so is out the majority of day and some evenings.

The house is near to train station, buses , local pubs, forest walks and cosham high street shops. Lidles around the corner.
I am a very friendly laid back person who is clean, tidy, and loves meeting new people and having the odd movie evening. I also love animals and have had a lodger with a dog before so if you have a beloved pet that should be fine too.
