Delighted to offer a spacious and light furnished double room with a juliet balcony that is available from beginning of November.

This property is really close to local amenities, including Hook village centre and also boasts close links to the M3 and is within a 3-minute walk to Hook train station.

I am looking ideally for a female lodger as most my friends are female and feel most comfortable with them. Also, I had a negative experience with a male lodger who was very unclean and unhygienic, so this is a personal preference of mine.

A bit about me:

I work as a Chartered Financial Planner and spend a lot of my time outside work developing my professional skills. I also enjoy walking and keeping fit when time allows.

Who am I looking for?

Someone who is polite, friendly and easy to get along with. Being extremely clean and tidy myself, I do have quite high expectations about cleanliness, so I am looking for someone who is very similar in that respect.
