I have a choice of 2 rooms available in a house near the Hook village centre, under 10 mins walk from Hook railway station, 1 hour to London Waterloo. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood near the village centre. The property includes kitchen appliances and is let fully furnished.

About me - I am a 38-year-old IT consultant. I love cooking and watching a bit of trash tv or a film in the evenings. But I equally enjoy going to the gym, swimming, coffee shops and walks - all the usual things.

This household is suitable for a lodger who is responsible and clean. I would welcome a sociable lodger who likes end-of-day chats over a cup of tea or glass of wine, but this is not a party household. Children OK - but no pets. Smoking/Vaping in garden only. Occasional visits from friends OK. Deposit is the equivalent of 1 months room rent.

I would prefer a female lodger as my sister often house-sits for me during periods when I am away. In my absence, she is happier sharing the house with another female.
