I have a large double room to rent in a detached house in Horndean (council tax band D), halfway between Portsmouth and Petersfield, just minutes from the A3M, Queen Elizabeth Country Park and other parts of the countryside.
I am a live out landlady (who comes to stay about 1 night a month) and my son shares the house with my current lodger..
There is a shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower, kitchen, lounge/diner and a south facing garden. Parking for 2 cars on the drive and any other cars can park just along the private road. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and a microwave.
I am looking for an easy going, relatively quiet person, who doesn't object to doing their bit to keep the house clean and tidy.
